Client Terms and Conditions

• Metal requirement – 100% advance with accompanying issue voucher.

• Minimum delivery time per consignment – 35      days per consignment.

• Minimum consignment quantity – 500 g.

• Date of commencement of order would be the date on which 100% metal is transferred or the date, on which the designs are finalized, whichever is later.

• Order once processed cannot be cancelled and any modification in the order after processing is subject to the availability of resources related to the other products and would be charged an extra 1% on the modified quantity and also the date of delivery committed stands null and void and the new delivery date would be assigned depending on the complexity of the modified products.

• Any variation in designs would be charged an extra 2%.

• Products once delivered are non returnable.

• Weight variation in the following form may exist :-
  • For products weighing < 35 gms - ±5 gms.
  • For products weighing >35 gms and < 70 gms - ±7 gms.
  • For products weighing > 70 gms - ±10 gms.

• A size variation of 1/16 inch (i.e. 0.0625 inch or equivalently 1 anna) may exist in case of bangles.

• Anything mounted on the jewelry is an integral part of the jewelry and hence is not excluded in weight and in case where it is excluded, the excluded item shall be charged separately.

• The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its own discretion due to any reason be it technical or non-technical.

• The Company also reserves the right to cancel any order for problems caused due to “FORCE MAJEURE” events and the same shall be conveyed to the client.

• All the products delivered are covered under a 3 months repairing warranty for minor damages caused during usage but any severe damages caused due to mishandling or any other reason are not covered under the warranty and shall be charged separately.

• Any discrepancies found in the consignment should be reported within 24 hrs. failing which the company cannot be held liable for the same.

• Any discrepancy related to the metal purity of the products delivered should be reported within 15 days of the receipt date of the consignment, failing which the company shall not be accountable for any such claims.

• Development of any new concept/ design involves several overheads and hence new product developments are subject new rates which shall be communicated at the time of development of such new concept.
